Artemis...........

I wasn't going to "go there".........I haven't bought a 13" size fashion doll in several years. I was determined not to get sucked into the new Revlon line. I thought I was safe as I really am not a fan of the 13" Revlon sculpt, then I saw Artemis.
I really love some of the clothing in the 13" line, so when I saw Artemis FS on Tonner Direct, in a moment of weakness I caved and ordered her. She arrived today, and she's really beautiful. Her body is a miniature version of Antionette's body. She's so fun to pose and play with..........and she can sit like a lady.

At least I'll have a model to wear some of the cool clothing Tonner has for this size now. I think I'm acutally going to have a lot of fun with this one.

  2. Bad Jackie. The Revlon dolls didn't tempt me at all, but this one is gorgeous. I refuse to look at them, though. LOL.

  3. I know! I was very bad succombing to the pull of this one. Acckk.........That being said, I really, really like her, LOL! And she does take up less space than her 16" competitors. I just loved some of those clothes, and wanted a model that could wear them.

  4. She's very pretty, she looks real, anyway speaking of realistic looking dolls I found this website http://www.ThatsMyFace.com/f/custom_doll_head that can create a super-realistic doll heads of anyone from just a photo. Imagine making doll of yourself, your kids, your boss or your favorite celebrity!

Apparently they can make the heads in many scales to fit Barbie-like dolls, Tonner dolls or even smaller figurines like Polly Pocket.

Anyway, thought it might be interesting to your readers.
